Housing accommodations
People with disabilities may request reasonable changes to housing rules, services, or the physical environment. Examples include an alternative document format, an accessible way to communicate, or an exception to a pet rule for an assistance animal. Housing accommodation rights are governed by fair-housing law and are distinct from website accessibility.
We accept requests orally or in writing, engage in a good-faith cooperative dialogue, and communicate the outcome in writing. We will seek only information lawfully needed to evaluate the request, without demanding unnecessary medical records.
Where to make a request
For showings, applications, or brokerage assistance, use info@signaturepropertyrealty.com or 347-460-4979. Existing residents should contact the owner or management company named in their lease. If you contact brokerage first, we can help identify the appropriate recipient.
Requests and complaints must be handled without retaliation. An assistance animal is considered under accommodation rules, separately from ordinary pet policies.
